TJ Theodorsen

President

TJ Theodorsen is the President of Ocean Park Development, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, development initiatives, and asset management activities. He has acquired, developed, and sold numerous multi-million-dollar residential properties and currently oversees a portfolio of rental units throughout Connecticut. Prior to founding Ocean Park Development, TJ spent over 30 years in the alternative investments industry as an institutional asset allocator. He has extensive experience investing across numerous strategies including direct lending, hedge funds, private equity, real estate, closed-end funds (CEFs), and long-only equity. TJ holds both an MBA and a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tony Marini

Director of Construction

Tony Marini is Director of Construction at Ocean Park Development, where he leads the design, construction, and renovation of custom residential homes. Tony brings more than three decades of deep, hands-on industry expertise building homes in the Connecticut region. He oversees every phase of the building process – from initial planning and budgeting through construction and final delivery – ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards. He is known for a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, working closely with homeowners, architects, and subcontractors to turn vision into reality while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
